Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information EAS Store processes, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Information we process
Depending on how you use EAS Store, we may process:
- account information such as your email address, display name, verification state, and account identifiers;
- security information such as session records, authentication timestamps, IP address, user agent, abuse-prevention results, and security-event history;
- commerce information such as carts, products selected, orders, prices, discounts, payment status and provider references, refunds, disputes, and subscriptions;
- fulfillment information such as entitlements, license assignments and reveal history, secure-file access records, and delivery status;
- support information you provide when opening or replying to a support request; and
- technical records needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and audit the service.
EAS Store does not need to receive or store raw card numbers when payment is completed through an external payment provider. Payment providers may independently process information under their own privacy terms.
2. Why we use information
We process information as reasonably necessary to:
- create and secure accounts and sessions;
- price carts, create orders, process and reconcile payments, and prevent duplicate transactions;
- deliver purchased licenses, files, subscriptions, and other digital entitlements;
- provide customer support and communicate about orders or account activity;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
- maintain audit, accounting, dispute, and transaction records; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce store terms.
3. Service providers and sharing
We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help operate the store, including payment processors, transactional email services, hosting and infrastructure providers, anti-abuse and security services, and a fulfillment provider when a product requires one.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or the rights and safety of others. We do not treat customer license keys, passwords, or private download grants as marketing data.
4. Cookies and local browser data
EAS Store uses browser storage and cookies where needed for authentication, session security, cart/account continuity, security controls, and other core storefront functions. Third-party payment or security services may set or process their own cookies when you interact with their services.
5. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and commerce information. Sensitive license values are kept behind authenticated access controls, private file downloads require authorization, and payment success is confirmed by server-side payment state rather than a browser redirect alone.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials and delivered digital secrets private and contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing purchased access, maintaining transaction and audit history, resolving support or disputes, preventing fraud, meeting accounting or legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.
Some records may need to be retained after account closure or a deletion request where applicable law, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or the integrity of transaction records requires it. Data that is no longer required should be deleted or de-identified according to applicable requirements and operational policy.
7. International processing
Providers used to operate EAS Store may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the store operator and relevant providers are responsible for using an appropriate lawful mechanism.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to ask whether your personal data is processed, obtain information or access, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability where applicable, learn about recipients, or challenge certain solely automated results.
These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request so that personal information is not disclosed or changed for the wrong person.
9. Children
EAS Store is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental or guardian authorization is required by applicable law. If you believe information was provided inappropriately, contact Support so it can be reviewed.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as store functionality, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate store or account notice where required.
11. Contact and requests
For a privacy request connected to your EAS Store account, use account Support. For general community help, you can visit Discord, but do not post privacy requests, passwords, payment information, license keys, or other sensitive information in public channels.
