Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of EAS Store and purchases made through the storefront. Product-specific terms shown before purchase also form part of your agreement for that product.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Using EAS Store
EAS Store provides digital products such as software licenses, game keys, subscriptions, secure files, and other digitally fulfilled products. You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account or completing a purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Contact Support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Products and licenses
A purchase gives you the access, license, or entitlement described on the applicable product page and order. Unless a product explicitly says otherwise, a digital license is for the purchasing customer and may not be resold, transferred, shared, or used to facilitate fraud or abuse.
Compatibility, duration, quantity, activation requirements, renewal terms, and other product-specific limitations may differ by product. Review those details before purchasing.
3. Orders and payments
Prices and the final payable amount are shown before you submit payment. Payment is not considered successful merely because a browser redirects or displays a return page; EAS Store relies on the confirmed payment state received through its payment systems.
We may refuse, cancel, or place an order under review where reasonably necessary to address payment failure, fraud, abuse, inventory conflicts, provider uncertainty, legal requirements, or an obvious pricing or technical error. If money was captured for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the matter will be handled under the applicable refund policy and mandatory law.
4. Digital delivery
Delivery depends on the product. It may involve assigning an imported key, generating a license, granting access to a private file, completing a manual delivery, activating a subscription, or using an external fulfillment provider.
Some delivery methods complete quickly while others can require additional processing. A product is not represented as delivered until the store records the required fulfillment as complete. Keep delivered keys and private downloads confidential.
5. Subscriptions
Recurring products renew according to the billing interval and provider terms shown during checkout. Where supported, cancellation stops future renewal according to the displayed cancellation timing; it does not automatically create a refund for an already paid period.
Access may continue until the end of a paid period after scheduled cancellation. Failed payments, an explicit pause, cancellation, expiry, or other product-specific policy can affect continuing access.
6. Refunds, final digital sales, and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or a product states otherwise before purchase, digital sales are treated as final once a unique key, license, private file, entitlement, activation, or other non-returnable digital benefit has been delivered or revealed.
This is because many digital items cannot be reliably revoked, returned to inventory, or resold after disclosure. We therefore normally do not provide change-of-mind refunds after digital delivery has begun. Invalid, undeliverable, materially misdescribed, duplicate-charge, or legally required remedies are handled under the Refund Policy.
Where checkout asks you to request immediate digital fulfillment and acknowledge the possible loss of a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that acknowledgement applies only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to the transaction. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use EAS Store to:
- attempt unauthorized access to another customer's account, order, license, file, or other private resource;
- interfere with the storefront, payment, fulfillment, security, rate-limit, or anti-abuse systems;
- use stolen payment information, submit fraudulent disputes, or otherwise misuse payment systems;
- resell or distribute a license, download, or entitlement where the product terms do not permit it; or
- use a product or the store in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue store functionality or individual products. Purchased rights that must be preserved by contract or applicable law are not erased merely because a catalog listing later changes or is archived.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EAS Store is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated for the product or required by law. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse, unauthorized sharing of credentials or delivered secrets, incompatible use contrary to disclosed requirements, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict store or account access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may ask you to verify ownership or resolve the issue through Support.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the store, products, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Contact
For an order, payment, license, download, subscription, account, or legal request connected to your account, use account Support. For general community questions, you can also visit the EAS Store Discord community. Do not post private account or payment information in public Discord channels.
